Formamidinium thiocyanate (FASCN; CAS Number: 1821033-48-0) has been used successfully as an additive to prepare efficient and stable α-FAPbI3 peroskite solar cells in a vapor treatment method (Lu et al., 2020). Formamidinium thiocyanate is also used as an additive to enhance the performance and stability of tin halide perovskite solar cells (Jiang et al., 2021).
