FAQ

Where are your products manufactured?

ALL our products are exclusively manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility based in Queanbeyan, NSW, Australia.

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Our materials are manufactured under strict quality controls and highly professional processing standards to afford stable and consistent performance. Our materials are made with full reproducibility and traceability of production processes, analyses and testing results. Once the manufacture is completed and materials have passed a rigorous set of analytical testing, our Quality Team will issue a Certificate of Origin (CoA) which includes the product number, batch number, all analytical test results, the release date and the recommended shelf life.

How much stock do you keep?

Most of our products are kept in stock in our Australian facility. If your product is low in stock or unavailable, we will notify you to work out a solution to either partially supply or supply at an agreed time. If we cannot meet your demand and we have to partially ship, we will not charge extra fees for future shipments.

Why are dangerous goods more expensive to ship?

  1. Quantity: some DG products are limited in the amount that can be shipped; we will contact you if this is the case for your order.
  2. Special packaging: your order will be labelled according to the Product Classification and Packing Group of the DG products. The box will also need to be DG compliant and made of reinforced material.
  3. Destinations: You need to check if you are eligible to import DG in your country or region.
  4. DG Fee: we apply a fee as the courier company applies an extra fee for the DG shipment. This fee is dependent on the quantity and destination.
