Greatcell Solar Materials' Ethyl Isopropyl Sulfone (EiPS; CAS Number: 4853-75-2) is a high boiling polar solvent with low vapour pressure, is chemically inert and has low viscosity. EiPS is especially suitable where inorganic ionic species need to remains in solution while minimising the evaporation of the electrolyte solvent which makes it ideal for electrolyte investigations of systems requiring resilience under prolonged thermal stress.
