Formamidinium tetrafluoroborate
Formamidinium tetrafluoroborate (FABF4) is a pseudo-halide salt used as precursor in the preparation of perovskite-based optoelectronic systems. The incorporation of Formamidinium tetrafluoroborate to the precursor solution of formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI3) perovskites resulted in perovskite photodetectors exhibiting better stability and enhanced device performance (Li et al., 2020).
