The long-chain alkylammonium salt n-hexylammonium bromide (C6Br; HABr; HexBr; CAS Number: 7334-95-4) is used as a perovskite precursor in the preparation of perovskite devices (Tzoganakis et al., 2023). n-hexylammonium bromide is used to passivate the perovskite surface in perovskite solar cells (Yoo et al., 2019).
